On the IG girl diet they're allowed but not on the low-everything diet from this site, because they're a good source of protein and cholesterol and we're trying to keep both of those low to lower testosterone.

I'm having the odd egg now and again, but counting it towards my daily totals on the LE diet.

I know im doing good so far though i think if i changed it it could make me fall off the wagon, ive also mentally prepared to eat or not eat what i am doing,so ill stick to it..Plus i know every one believes that the diet is the most important but personally i feel its either 50/50 CHANCES, and low salt and supplements for my body chemistry anyways,my sister is similar to me and after boys had twin girls with only cutting salt and doing only supplements. So i guess well have to wait and see..

Long abstinence sways pink for sure!

I really rather have people do without eggs (except for in recipes) because your body uses that cholesterol and protein as the building blocks for testosterone and estrogen, which will sway blue. An egg here or there will not ruin anyone's sway though.
