1pm white Toast with unsalted butter
7pm grilled cheese on white bread low sodium cheese and butter
10pm 1/2 cup chocolate ice cream! I've been drinking 32-48 ounces a day in milk and 2-3 cans of Diet Coke a day with 10 equal packets and added equal tablets but I was just told I'm consuming to much milk and may not even need any milk on the LE Diet and some days I get a iced coffee when I'm out which I'm a bit nervous about as I don't know how much sodium and potassium is in so I might have to stop that coffee!! How much milk is recommended? And am I eating enough?

Milk is not a free food on LE Diet. What we have found (many of us got boys with that heavy dairy intake) is that it is best to stay in limits for the LE Diet and while dairy can be part of that, you just can't have that kind of milk intake because you'd go over on your limits.

LE Diet limits are 1500-1800 cals for most, 40-50 g protein for most, 30-60 g fat. Vegetable sources of protein and fat are better than animal (especially dairy fat) So you absolutely can fit some dairy in there, but you just can't treat it like something that is a magic bullet. If you want to do cal-mag, take them as supplements instead of doing the dairy.

Aspartame has not been a reliable sway tactic even at insane intake and thus I prefer people keep it sane 2-3 servings a day.

Sodium - most of us have given up on that, it's fine to try to continue it but I'd not worry about the occasional iced coffee here and there.

Potassium - the limits are 2500-3500 for ALL diets. (LE and the mineral diets are all the same) This is because this is the minimum amount your body needs to function. So while it's fine to cut back on potassium some if you believe in the mineral diets, be careful you're not avoiding it entirely because you can get very sick or even die! You need to be especially careful when not doing that massive intake of dairy, not to cut out all potassium foods. Dairy has a lot of potassium in it, so when you're doing LE Diet please be extra careful that you are not cutting out things like potatoes and tomatoes that do have a nice amount of the stuff in them.

Have you added up the amount of fat, protein and calories in what you're eating? It doesn't sound like enough to me but I can't be sure without those totals.

I have been on this diet for 3 weeks now and here I was thinking I was doing good as I should be doing LE and only 2-3 meals a day with no nutritional value in the foods I eat so I've been limiting myself I'm also taking cranberry calcium magnesium and folic acid so from your view should I do dairy at all with food or supplements? I did order a plan a few days ago I will know better once I get it then my bad

No bad, no bad. :) That's what I'm here for is to help you navigate through the various tactics and come up with the approach that's going to work best for you.

It's your sway, your way. If you really believe in the mineral diets, that is ok, I just want to try to make what YOU want out of your sway work for you. So instead of doing all that dairy with all that protein and fat and other nutrients in it, let's just do mostly LE Diet type foods and then also take the cal-mag supps. It's the best of both worlds, you do LE Diet with the mineral-type foods (which while this is somewhat limited hopefuly you won't be on it too long!) and then take the cal-mag supps. :)

Again, dairy is fine IN the limits for the day. But it isn't a free for all and drinking gallons of milk are not going to help you get a girl (and in fact even in the French diet it is meant to be limited to keep within their potassium guidelines). That's all I want you to take away. I'll get your plan to you as quick as I can.
