The pictures are small so it's a bit hard to tell but that does look like a girly nub.

It looks girly, especially if the gestation is 12w4d +. If it is 12w exactly it could rise but still looks quite girly.

No it is only 11 weeks 5 days. Unfortunately we don't have another ultrasound until 20 weeks

I'm sorry but it's very early for a guess at this gestation. Before 12w it's not valid at all.
