Any Diet Details?
I only did LE the week prior to O as I felt a drastic drop in weight right before my attempt would sway harder than my body getting used to being on an LE and adjusting. I followed my gut on this one.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
I did not change my diet at all during or prior to my sway. Again, I went with my gut on this one and chose LE 1.5 weeks prior to attempt.

We BD a week after O as I read that helps implantation. I got my BFP 1st cycle trying and a positive digi at 7 dpo. I was in complete shock! Not sure if the post BD helped but it's worth noting.

Did you do anything with Ions?
Negative ion bracelet. Wore 6 weeks at all times prior to attempt (ION ME brand as this was tested to have the highest ions) I also stuck in over my left ovary in my underwear all day after first attempt lol can't hurt!!!
Moon Phase during conception?
New Moon
Did you use any Old Wives Tales?
Chinese Gender Chart. Wasn't too concerned about moon phase as I conceived my son in a new moon. BUT I was very strict on not trying on ANY month that said boy. This was a gut a feeling that I chose to follow as my gut is always right! So I waited 4 months until my girl month and we got lucky and got a BFP first month. Otherwise I would have only had 3 more months this year to try. Again, I wouldn't budge on this bc I didn't want it in the back of my mind!
Things that make me feel great about my sway:
Aci Jel and O'ing late (I O'd almost a week late due to my spontaneous LE which pushed back my O). I've read that sways pink too but not sure...
My ph was pretty low throughout our attempt as well.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Just the fact that it may not have worked!
Things worth mentioning:
I used Aci Jel from AF to O 3g and on day of first attempt. I used vinegar douche 10 mins after 1st attempt. I wasn't planning on it but ended up having an O (sorry TMI) and then freaked out and started douching like a maniac! I have no clue how I got pregnant after that unless it was from my attempt the day after that. Ugh, whats done is done, now I just WAIT and drive myself NUTS!!! GL EVERYONE!!!
