I'm sorry for messing up this forum and deleting my posts. I appreciated everyone who took the time to respond to what I wrote. Thank you for your support and your thoughts. I'm now trying to move on.

I think shallow release really lowers your odds of conception on its own. Add immediate j+d to that and you're probably really making it hard to get pregnant!
My husband and I are very fertile and we tried shallow release (multiple attempts) with no other swaying tactics for 4 months without getting pregnant.
If you really want to do j+d, maybe just wait 5 or 6 minutes before jumping up.

I agree. I would wait about 5 mins. That's what I did. We did a medium shallow release and then I laid there for about 5-10 mins very still. My other 2 attempts I got right up. BFP first month trying. Are you using any lubes???

I think it's a step in the wrong direction to be doing shallow release and immediate J and D, and then add attempts.
Shallow has NEVER been shown to help in any way. J and D, in our stats did seem to help a bit (raising success rates with one attempt betwen 3-5%) but I have nearly everyone do J ANd D after 5 minutes, not immediately. Both of them will really cut odds of conception with that one attempt (and with timing too, you probably may as well have been on birth control). So keep the one attempt and ditch the shallow release, extend the j and d to 5 min, then if still no BFN, you can lengthen this amount of time if you so desire. I did not ever get pg with J and D with my daughter, I tried it for several months and then got pg in the month I did not get up at all but laid flat all night.
Re your weight - do not keep losing weight till you've wasted away to nothing and then try to regain it. That has never worked out for anyone firstly because if you get too thin you'll stop ovulation and it can be really tough to get it going again without a blue diet, practically. ANd secondly because it has happened 9 times out of 10 that the very month yo'uve decided to take off to gain weight back, there is some weird series of events that ends up with you getting pregnant with a boy. This is how I got my 4th son, was taking a month to gain weight to relose.
Actively losing weight at time of conception has NOT been strongly correlated with successful sways. We've had many "weight loss/gain" opposites going every which way, pink swayers who lost weight and got boys, who gained and got girls anyway; blue swayers who gained and got girls, and lost or held steady and got boys anyway. Up calories till the weight loss stops because you are going to find some weight will sneak off despite best efforts.

If you have a tipped uterus then we've found laying on tummy for part of the time may help. But I think your first order of business is just losing timing and giving it a good 5 min. before getting up. YOu can of course conceive that way, but it may take a VERRYYY long time. :)
Our stats have shown that the lubes are neutral. They are getting the exact same as the overall success rates of the site and when we were calculating the inverses, the success rates without them were identical to those who used them. Plus they really cut odds of conception, so unless a person's heart was truly set on them, I'd skip them.
You need to go to 4 meals NOW, if that's what will help. I actually have quite a few people who do end up going onto 4 meals and still get girls like that. WE cannot have you lose one single ounce more weight, you are already significantly out of my recommended window for continuing ovulation.
Can you give me a little recap of what you're eating?? I can often find ways to sneak in more cals for less food. it doesn't need to be stuffing yourself with bland carbs to work. :)

Ha ha! Yeah, and then when you consider we were doing three day cut-off timing, and compressed frequent release type stuff too alongside immediate j+d in the beginning... well, let's just say I wasn't surprised when I got some of those BFNs!
:agree: I am really getting an education the last couple weeks as I"m finding a shocking amount of people who've gone on a long time not conceiving were still doing shallow release and immediate J and D! It wasn't just you, it was like a half dozen people (I sometimes get weird runs like this where a whole bunch of people suddenly have the same issue) Apparently this was an assumption I was making that was flawed, that people would drop those things first. Everyone, lose shallow release, tighty whiteys, hot baths, and extend time with J and D to at the least 5 minutes, BEFORE adding attempts.

I might vaguely remember a gynecologist or someone telling me that my uterus or cervix was tipped or crooked or something. This is a really, really old memory though. Is stomach versus back relevant for gender sway?
No, and neither is tipped uterus. :) It just means your cervix is in a slightly different position and you may need to skip immediate J and D and/or spend part of your time on your tummy, esp. when you're swaying and doing a lot of other stuff to reduce odds of conception.

So you are probably getting a good amount of fat and cals (provided that your tons is roughly equivalent to my tons) :agree: with the whole grains, HOWEVER the issue with the more PCOS-friendly type foods is that they make weight fly off too fast, which is what we have going on here. I would try GENTLY adding a small amount of more empty carbs to act as a brake on weight loss. 18.5 is the cutoff and you're already below that.
BUT that having been said I would try adding up the nutrient data just to be sure, and also to see where we can make an improvement. You may be lower in protein or fat or cals and that way we'd know where to add stuff.
I think you should add in SOME form of full fat dairy. Yogurt, cheese??? For reasons we do not know the kind of fat that's in dairy is the shizz for keeping people ovulating even at low calorie intake.
Tomato sauce is only a blue sway food on the mineral diets. Yes, if you're trying to follow the mineral diets you'd want to limit or avoid that.
What about something like fresh lemon juice or vinegar?? I hate you guys torturing yourselves eating such bland foods!!
