Hello :) i had my 12w 5d ultrasound today and tech said 75% chance boy (going by angle of nub). I am so thankful to hear a healthy bub since i lost my daughter at 30weeks. I have two handsome wee men at home and two step sons so ofcourse a tiny bit of me was hoping to hear girl today :(

I wanted to know... do i still have any chance hearing girl at 20w scan or is a boy nub highly unlikely to go girly? Thank you x

It is called nub guessing so anything is possible. At 12.5, it should be pretty accurate but it is just a guess.

They told me girl at 12 weeks. Nope, she was a HE! 12 week scans are not accurate.

Not sure professionals should really guessing so early on, a lot can change in a few weeks. Do you have a scan we can have a look at?

I'd love to see a pic!! 12 w 5 d should be fairly accurate for a boy (a girl could still rise) but saying 75% makes me think she wasn't really sure.

Sending tons of pink dust!

I asked her if i had any chance hearing pink and she made this weird face and goes well i wouldnt go shopping. I have no idea what she ment by that and she seemed quite grumpy to be honest :( i think its time for me to accept i wont have any girls in my house :(
