Followed the LE diet for 3 months but then stopped when we went travelling. Decided to hold off on attempting until after my parents came to visit a month later as we didn't want questions.

No, I did not factor that into my sway
Any Diet Details?
Caffeine makes me ill, I do not ever consume it.
Loaded up on veggies and fruit, maintained carb intake as too much makes me ill, decreased protein consumption. Did not try to remember to take any vitamins. Kept my overall fat, carb, protein numbers within limits. Used the higher end numbers as I am still breastfeeding my youngest.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
I somehow gained 10lbs in the 4 months before our attempt.
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
Weighed 127 lbs at attempt, BMI of 19.9
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
Was running once a week and biking an average of 30km a week until month of attempt. Month of attempt dropped running, by coincidence, biking stayed around 30km.

We weren't trying but I O'd 10days earlier than I normally would have. Caught us by surprise as I had none of my normal pre-O symptoms. So we had an attempt and then surprise my temp spiked the following morning and I got a positive opk. So I think that is day before O for our attempt.

Congrats and good luck! Even if you were off diet before bfp, you still had single attempt and biking going for you, the accumulated effects of the past 4 months' diet may still have been in your system, plus breastfeeding sways a bit pink. All in all it's not a bad sway! :)

Awww thanks. I don't think you can. :( I know how slowly my body recovers, and expect it to be at least 2 years after baby is born before I ovulate again (with my 4 so far, I didn't ovulate till 10months pp with first, 12 with 2nd, 18 with 3rd and 24 with 4th). Right now, I can't fathom it. This baby will start kindergarten when my oldest is in grade 11. I can't imagine having one in kindergarten and 1 moved out in college. I might change my mind, but for now.... I'm still young enough but I'm getting older, lol. And given my mother in law told my husband he should have gotten a vasectomy after ds4 was born when we told her we were expecting, I don't know I want to even think about any more: how on board would dh really be when he was happy with 4. I'm not as upset as I worried I would be. Hard to see literally everyone I know who is pregnant now having girls - my sister in law, 2 cousins, old neighbour's daughter.... I don't know. I knew it was a long shot for me, I have too many dietary restrictions to start with so even though I stayed within fat/protein/carb limits, I had to eat too many foods on the "boy friendly" list. My biggest fear has been never feeling like my family is complete and I worry, still, that that will remain the case. My boys are excited for another brother, not sure how they would have reacted to a sister, honestly, so I know it will be okay. I wish it could have been a different outcome, always felt like there as a little girl out there for us, but I know that when I look at the boys I have, there isn't one that I can honestly say "I wish you had been a girl". Before some were born, yes, but once they were here and I got to know them...that lessened until eventually it vanished. So, I know I will love this boy for who he is and it is just right now when I can say "I wish you were a girl". I wish we could have had a girl, but just don't see how that is possible anymore.

I completely understand and FWIW I have seen plenty of women who moved on with their boys instead of continuing to try and they ALL look like they are having tons of fun and enjoying life. I think we lose sight of the fact that we do miss out on things when we're in the baby and small kid stages that are really rewarding to us on a personal level. Wishing you the very best moving forward with your unique and special family.
