This might be a dumb question, but for our total calories is the 1500-1800 calories before we exercise, or after? For example, if I eat 1500 calories in a day and then burn 500, do I need to eat 500 more calories or am I good? Just want to make sure I'm doing this right! Today is day 1!

For me, I ate 1800 calories BEFORE exercise. It was around 1700-1800 calories daily (I did not go crazy trying to count it--that will sway boy lol) Yes I would burn a lot of calories in exercise, but I didn't add those back in. But the calorie range is not hard and fast, the point is to be eating LESS overall and hopefully to be losing a little bit of weight. If you were eating 2500 calories a day and now you're eating 2000, that's still a lot less. If you're loosing too much weight on 1800 calories, you may need to bump it up to 2000 so you'll still ovulate.

I do not want you guys doing complex math equations and tracking things like cals burned. That is the type of "control-freakishness" that can undermine a good pink sway.
Just eat the cal limits and do exercise. Don't even THINK about how many cals you've burned.
If weight flies off, increase cals.
