Fennel

What are your thoughts on Fennel? Is it safe?
I like fennel tea and to cook with it but have read that fennel is detrimental to fertility as could act as a natural contraceptive?? Has anyone ever heard of this before?

I think dietary amounts are fine, I would not load up on fennel tea. We just do not know how any of this works and unless I've seen tons of gals get successfully pregnant with their desired gender while using something (which I haven't with fennel tea) i do not recommend doing medicinal amounts of it.

Yes sure as long as it's not, like, pureed fennel and then you eat nothing but that for a week at a time. :)
