Hi Atomic,

I am not getting much ewcm and it is not super stretchy either. Below are some of the things I have been taking:
EPO 1000mg
Fish oil omega 3s - 830mg
Vit D 1000IU
Prenatal
Little amounts of BY and Wheat grass
Drinking enough water
No weights or cardio - unable to find time
Gaining weight due to poor metabolism.
Should I take mucinex 5 days prior to O may be?

Thanks!

Im not atomic but I do have super stretchy EWCM (sorry TMI) it's been personal experience that my cervical mucus usually improves with diet and decreases when I went on the girl diet, just personal experience. Have you been on diet and sups a long time? Maybe it will just take your body a while to generate EWCM. I am sure atomic will chime in with good info soon :) Have all my blue dust!

You are swaying blue, yes?? Just wanted a confirmation of that.

Drop EPO. You're swaying pink by taking more EPO than fish oil and too much EPO has also dried up EWCM.

Green tea has also dried up EWCM has has l-arginine if you're taking that, and (ironcially) Fertile CM. If you are on any of those things they have to go.

How much of the B vitamins is in your prenatal?? If more than 100% then find a different prenatal as too many B vitamins can muck up your cycle.

We need to fix the weight gain, can you tell me more about your diet? Is there any way to sneak in even just a teensy bit of exercise? Even if just walking?

Yes, give mucinex a try. Grapefruit juice may also help.

Yes swaying blue..ok will drop EPO.

Diet: oatmeal plus peanut butter plus some whole milk for bfast. Vegetables and some carbs for lunch. Added boiled egg intermittently. Coconut water or lime water through the day. Sometimes V8. Supplements I mentioned. Larabar in the morning. Apple and banana for evening snack with some peanuts. Some rice and meat at night for dinner..
I take thyroid meds and metabolism tanked. I will plan to walk 10k steps starting today and lift some weights daily.
I just have 4 weeks for the attempt. Hope I can make a difference. :nails::nails::nails:

Don't set your exercise bar too high. just go for a walk for about 30-45 min. 3-5 days a week and then lift weights 3-5 times a week if you can for about 10-15 min (NOT consecutive to when you walk - at the least have a snack between the two) It doesn't have to be a grueling amount of exercise, just moderate. I don't want you to try for somehting that is too hard to do.

I want you doing protein and carbs at every meal (veg and rice for lunch is not going to be enough as this is low protein) and if possible every snack.

I thought a little weight gain was good for a blue sway? And how much Mucinex are we supposed to take (and when)?

All I can go off of is what you told me in your post - gaining weight due to poor metabolism. THat did not seem like a small amount nor something you were pleased about LOL.

Some people gain nothing or a very small amount like 1-3 lbs. Others gain 5-15 lbs (and these people were underweight to start with). That is ALL you need to gain. Gaining a massive amount of weight is not good for you and may even sway pink if it gets very out of hand. So, when someone mentions they are gaining weight I do think it's best to take steps to get it under control sooner rather htan later.

I wasn't the one who posted about gaining weight; I just saw you said to get it under control and was confused. Thanks for clarifying. What about the Mucinex (how much/when in the cycle)?

Yes I realized that just now, sorry!!!

Mucinex is done a couple different ways - some people start it after AF ends and go all the way thru to 3 days after O. Personally, I think this is probably overkill and I have people start 5 days before they expect O and go to O day. There's no real right or wrong way to do it, just however it happens to shake out.
