I have a few threads where I have explained this so well that I really don't think I NEED an essay on it, so I'm just gonna link em in this thread.
Short version - yes, you can. :)

My 2 girls were 1 attempt and abstain. This time I used SMEP and boy sway tactics, but still got pg with a girl.

Hoping to make our first attempt in August, and after a LOT of bding when ttc before I got 3 boys, so I'm hoping the one attempt along with diet and exercise will bring me a bundle of pink!!

There are exceptions of course, no sway tactic is 100% but overall this is just meant to demonstrate that pregnancy can occur from one attempt!

I didn't mean my post as a dig atomic, sorry if it sounded like it I was just trying to back you up. My OCD tendencies, lover of cereal and snaking was probably what got me my gorgeous boys!
