I'm currently 5/6dpo after swaying blue. I've been on he and all the supps etc for over 12 weeks now. I'm wanting to stop as many as I can. I don't think I will be getting my bpf and sadly due to work, other commitments and marathon training were taking a break. Hoping to loose the obscene amount of weight gained on he! And be back for round two in Jan.
Can I just stop the supps cold turkey? Or will I have to wean off? taking
*fish oil 1000mg
*cq10
*probiotic
*multi vit
*vitd
*4mg folic acid
*potassium 200mg
I'm planning to stay on them till af or +hpt (unlikely) then stop them
Thanks in advance

If you gained an obscene amount on HE we need to fix that moving forward because no one should gain more than 10-15 lbs tops (and that's for those who are severely underweight)
NEVER stop supps cold turkey (except probiotic which you can, but I'd keep taking it as it may help with weight loss) Just start weaning back, gradually reducing dose in the ones that can be reduced like I'm assuming you can take fewer folic acid pills and potassium, and if you can't reduce them gradually by spacing doses further and further out till down to one per week then drop them.
JMO but I'd keep going with the multi and Vit. D as they are pretty good for you when training hard. :)

Thank you atomic will take your advice. I'm thinking in 6 month I will get it off. I've gained about 20lb or thereabouts and sadly I was not underweight. It's been a total change as i normally don't snack or eat breakfast I generally only have 1 meal a day and binge between 8pm till bed. Although not healthy I was pretty fit (excercise most days) and maintaining weight but I think he has shocked my body haha.
Sure I will see you in January hopefully healthier, lighter and fitter xx

Let me know how I can help! If you give me a rundown of what you're eating I can usually tell you what to tweak.

On he a typical day.
On waking 6.45, a special k cereal bar and banana. Glass of fruit juice (pinapple/Orange/grapefruit)
About9am after school run. Bowl cereal and full fat milk.
11.30 celery with peanut butter or a boiled egg.
1pm wheat wrap with ham and low fat cream cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and onion. Or poached egg on toast (2 eggs 1 bread)
3.30pm handfull nuts and a yoghurt ( usually low fat) or piece fruit
6.30 steak with sweet potatoe mash and mixed veg
10pm special k bar
Also about 2 glasses fruit juice, 2 green tea and lemon water. Always at least 6 a day fruit and veg.
Is not totally excessive but some days add a bad of chips on or a choc bar. I think alot if the foods im eating are high sugar. However diet before ate nothing till about 5pm. Drank 2l plus diet coke, never drank fruit juice. Ate tea then snacked on cookies, sweets, choc till bed but I was much slimmer as i think overall daily calorie intake lower x

Overall it's actually very good, I would drop the fruit juice. Another thing you can do is cut out things like the wheat wrap and the bread although I personally really struggle with that myself. :/ So you'd just do the ham or egg and the veg without the grains. I know a lot less satisfying!
I agree totally with your analysis that you weren't eating enough before and so your body has prob. gone to the extreme hanging onto everyone.
You need to STOP eating low fat dairy foods and start eating FULL FAT. Skim dairy may actually cause weight gain!!
What I think you'd benefit most from is upping exercise if possible, I know you're already quite fit but it would help.
