Hey Hey.
I am very new to this site so I need all the help I can get!! I have two beautiful sons who I didn't sway at all with! I am now going to try and sway for our third and final child!! I noticed when doing some research that my life style & diet definatly sways towards boys!! Also since having my second son my cycle has been all over the place making it even harder to attempt a sway!
I live in the UK and aci-jel etc can be difficult to source! Is there anything that is as good as that is easy to pick up over here? Also I'm having difficulty finding a Ph checker that goes high enough if anybody has any recommendations?
Any advice greatly welcome on anything..Thanks 💖

Hi and welcome! :) Testing pH is an old school sway tactic. Over here most of us do diet, exercise, and one attempt. Personally I wouldn't bother with aci-jel because it really reduces odds of conception.

I think you can get rephresh in the UK, but as ksmom said pH is not thought to be a great sway tactic anymore so you may not want to bother. If you do decide to try a gel of some sort, make sure that that's the first thing you drop if you get BFNs and want to change your sway halfway through. ;)

Thank you for your reply ksmom,
I feel like I'm already learning!! I didn't know what gave you the best chance. I'm still so new at all this ha ha! Any other tips? I was thinking of the cut off but with my cycle being up and down I'm a little unsure! They tend to be every 28-29 days but before it was every 31.
Is the diet the LE one? Where would I find all the details for it?
Thanks x

I wouldn't worry about pH or acijel. I got my daughter with very simple sway tactics: LE diet, skipping breakfast, alcohol, cardio 60 mins 6 times a week, and one attempt at +OPK.

That gives me hope carmella_marie! I'm struggling to pinpoint when I ovulate since having ds2! I've got some ovulation tests but so far haven't seen one positive! I think it may be because they are only cheap ones! Did you do any supplements? And did you do any abstaining or anything like that? X

I'm in the same boat as you--two boys already and this is our last shot for a girl.
The details on the LE diet (and on virtually everything) can be found in the index. There's a link in Atomic's signature or from the natural gender swaying main forum, I believe. The index can be overwhelming, but keep in mind a lot of those topics are about stuff people USED to think swayed. Just start by reading the "LE diet in a nutshell" post and the ones about number of attempts and why timing doesn't work, they're probably the most important. You don't need any supplements except folic acid (to prevent birth defects).

Acijel has gotten neutral results for us - not helping or hurting a pink sway. I wouldn't bother. Any lube other than things that are "sperm safe, conception friendly" on paper should sway pink anyway.
Most of us totally gave up on pH testing after getting sooo many opposites going everywhichway that it became impossible for us to believe in it any more. Once I started looking into it, the theory didn't even add up so most of us no longer test. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/11684-ph-pickle.html
