I will start my attempt in August but i started my diet and exercise last month June and also last Month I had a chemical pregnancy. So here is what I'm doing.

For exercise.
Run run run, I ran 3- to 5 miles a day and walking also and doing work around the house , dealing up and down with my 5 boys.

Diet
No breakfast
Around 11:30 or 12 I have 3 boil eggs with some blueberries.
Around 3-4 pm I usually have spinach with turkey or chicken breast or with salmon.
6- 7 pm 1 cup of almond milk with a bowl of fruits .

Lots of water. I lost weight already doing this but I'm also concern is this not enough nutrition . I don't really feel hungry. And I'm also planing in taking cranberry tablets when in August for my sway.

My Dh is stubborn and won't change anything in his diet[emoji34] .

Can anyone please advise me if I'm not doing enough? I really need help this is my last [emoji120] chance.

Cranberry is for DH not you so skip it. Are you on the PCOS version of LE? Typically with LE you're not eating that many eggs because the fat and protein add up if you're eating that along with meat. There's no way you're eating enough calories. Many of the foods you're eating take up all your protein and fat but not many calories. I added up what you're eating and it's only around 600 calories. Even without exercise, that is not enough! You will end up losing ovulation. 1500-1800 calories is what is recommended. DH doesn't need to change his diet. Many ladies here got girls without their husbands doing anything to sway. When you exercise is it for a 60 minute block of time? Running and walking are great for exercise but managing the house/chasing after your boys doesn't count towards exercise.

Omg it's seem like I'm not doing well so far so I will add on my calorie intake. I wanted to lose some weight before my sway and my exercise sometimes it's longer than 60min. Sometimes I walk for 2 hours straight. So understand it better it's mostly low everything not much on calorie counting. I'm doing just LE for now. Thank you so much for your input.

About the cranberry I heard it sways pink if you take it from AF to O day. My friend has 4 girls and always drinking cranberry juice not sure if it's why but her husband is a heavy drinker also.

Cardio looks great.

It seems like your protein intake is going to be really high and not enough calories. You want low protein for a girl. Eggs and chicken/turkey are full of protein so you won't have enough calories before you go over on protein. Whole eggs are also super healthy and great for a boy sway. For a girl sway I'd limit them to just the whites and only a few per week.

I think you'll need to add carbs in the form of grains--bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, etc. You want a lot of your calories coming form carbs and not the protein and fat from chicken and eggs. Many LE dieters go strictly vegetarian as it's known that vegetarians have more girls.

Momof5boys, what were you eating when you conceive boys? I think maybe you should add carbs, refer to the LE diet and maybe add some folic acid? I think the exercise is good, I still don't know why it has to be 60 minutes though

The exercise needs to be 60 minutes without stopping because it's after about 45 minutes of cardio that your body will start burning muscle for energy instead of just fat, which sways pink.
I agree that it looks like you have a lot of protein in your diet but too few calories, especially with lots of exercise. There are lots of great meal ideas for LE diet in the threads here.

Cranberry juice is loaded with nutrients that would sway blue so I highly doubt that's what got her 4 girls. I'm sure she did plenty of other pink things that swayed for her. Cranberry pills are also a blood thinner and they're not usually recommended.

Good thing I put I was doing out there thanks to all . I'll definitely add more carbs and less protein. Maybe that's why I ended with all these boys I love my protein but I don't eat red meat tough. Thank you such everyone.

With my boys I used to drink lots of ice coffee almost every morning and eat lots of eggs too , im an egg lover so I will definitely cut that out, I used to snack a lot . More than eating a full meal.

Do you have totals for the nutrients for the day??

I don't recommend cranberry for you because our results have shown them to be neutral and they have risks and side effects.

My calorie intake is about 700- 1200 depends on the day. Sometimes I barely have time to eat a decent meal. But I will try my best to follow those guidelines. Thanks atomic for the input.

That is not LE Diet, that is a starvation diet.

1200-1500 cals is the bare minimum and I prefer virtually everyone (except those who are very petite and may only eat 1500 cals to start with, those with severe PCOS, and those who have more than 30-50 lbs to lose) to be at 1500-1800.

Protein and fat???

Skipping breakfast
12 pm - granola bleubberry parfait with 2 slices of toast.

4pm- 1cup of white rice with a side of spinach and chicken breast or salmon

7pm- 1 bowl of fruits or a bowl of mixed vegetables or a bowl of salad.

9pm- a glass of wine or a cup of coffee.

If I'm missing anything please let me know I'm not taking any supplements at the moment.

Yes atomic! when I caculated at what I was doing it was really a starvation diet but then I didn't really feel hungry. I was trying to change the way that I was eating and also I do have about 30 pounds to lose . So for that reason alone I will hold my sway for maybe September or November. Thank you so much for your replies. Also do you recommend drinking coffee?

You don't need to wait that long. That is an eternity on diet!

Do you have protein, fat, cals for that?? It looks good but just want to be sure.

I just like to see the totals even just for one average day before I can sign off on anyone's diet.

Even if you aren't normally tracking if you just pick a normal day and do a rudimentary tally that helps
