Is it normal to have EWCM on CD8? Is this from my daily 64 ounces of water? Gave up refined sugar too. Took final clomid pill last night. Still seems so early!!! I'm so bummed because I won't be back home from work until Thursday. Trying to see if hubby can make the four hour drive today. Unbelievable!!!

Oh gosh, I wouldn't have had him do that, the chances that you'd ovulate that soon after stopping Clomid are like a million to one!!! but you never know maybe it will pay off, those swimmers can survive a few days in that EWCM!

You know you're serious about making a baby when hubby drives over 350 miles to meet you on the road just in time to possibly catch that egg. He was so sweet and I gotta just love him for that! His response to my question: 😨👍. Lol!! Had lots of EWCM yesterday at CD8. Now having left side dull hip pain at CD9. On clomid 3-7 50mg. Any thoughts? Going in on CD11 for follicle ultrasound. Anything I should be asking about other than sizes and lining thickness? #travelwoes #babycomethtousnowhttp://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160622/cfb7f5823922fd9047dcf3cb1ac21125.jpg

I have often had a bit of EWCM around cd7-10 but still didn't ovulate until cd19.
Did you take it last month too? The say every cycle can vary with clomid but for me it is pretty consistent when I ovualte.

Yes. I took it last month to. Some don't think that I actually ovulated.

Those temps do make it confusing. Ignoring temps and going by CM and when AF arrived it looks more like you O'd on cd17.

I was tracking my cycle this month trying to get in the habit of it, and I have had EWCM since CD 7 and O pains since CD 10 (still have not Oed yet and now on CD 13) My point being that I don't want you guys to give up trying, keep going with e4d even after you think you ovulated. It's really very unlikely that you would have Oed that quick after taking Clomid so I just don't want you to think "ok I had EWCM and cramps so I must have Oed now and no more BD" esp. since it's so hard on your hubby doing attempts - you guys just gotta keep on plugging (for lack of better word LOL) because I don't think you've ovulated yet!!! :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

I do think you ovulated but not only can temps be a little weird on Clomid, but additionally you were sick for a couple days there nd I think it may have mesed with your temps right when we needed them to be accurate. :/

They see way more via ultrasound than we do with a chart, so I'd go off what they say. Now is the time to attempt like a crazy couple. :)
Still tracking my own cycle I am on day 7 of EWCM, CD 13 (so I started having it on CD 6) and I still do not think I've Oed yet.

Wow!! That's a lot of EW. I used to have loads of it about a year and a half ago. Are you gonna try to have another?
I was thinking of going at it again on Saturday AM to see if that helps. Someone mentioned that sperm are stronger then. We have almost always done it at night when we're super tired already.
Tried the smallest amount of preseed last night and hubby said to use less because its way too slippery. Not sure how to use any less. Lol! I think my water intake has helped alot this cycle anyway so he says.

No, that would be getting Biblical LOL. :) I admire ladies who can do it in their late 40's but I'm 46 and I'm tired. :p I'm spread too thin with my 5 plus work as it is. I'm mostly tracking out of curiosity, to AVOID pregnancy, and to help learn more to better help others.
If you want to give Sat AM a try, by all means. Do I personally think it makes a difference in terms of sperm strength - nah, but hey, more sex = better chance of catching an eggo.
Preseed - just use a teeny amount put onto HIM as a lube (before inserting sorry TMI) and that way if there's too much you can wipe some off before getting down to bizness. :)

Wow!! Five children. What a blessing!! Can't wait to join in on the mommyhood club (although I have an angel).
Turns out I'm getting EWCM right now, which makes me think tonight instead but don't want to decrease his sperm count.

As long as you're not going day after day after day for a week or more, it's ok.
I would hate for you to hold off out of concern for sperm numbers and miss O!! attempt attempt attempt.

Mindblowing!!! Why in the world would FF say that I ovulated before my ultrasound on Friday where the tech said I would o sometime between Saturday and Monday. She said largest follicle was 22mm. What is going on?????http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160626/72cc9a493677d0ab4962ccc698fa36ac.jpg

Sometimes FF will detect O but then as you continue to temp it will adjust it and move it again. I would go with the ultrasound as they are more accurate and there would have been no follicle there if you had ovulated.

Ok. Thanks! I was reading that what she saw could have been just a cyst? 22mm Yikes!!

22mm is normal size for that close to O. Mine was about 19mm 4 days before I O'd last month.

FF is just a mathematical algorithm. It is wrong many times and one "goofy" temp, like you slept with your mouth open or had a dream right before you woke up or anything like that, can mess it up. That is why you have to have 3 sustained high temps over coverline before it tells you that you ovulated, and it DOES NOT (and has never claimed to be) 100% accurate for pinpointing the day of ovulation, only that you have Oed. So it is entirely possible that your temp on the 24th and 25th were both "wrong" (even if they were right, they could still be "wrong" because look early in your cycle you have temps that are higher then!!!) meaning you did not O till 25/26 range.
Ultrasound is better than temping and FF.

THat is totally normal and you can absolutely have O pain well after O has occured. The fluid that comes out of your ovary when the follicle ruptures is irritating to your internal organs and can cause pain, and also your Fallopian tubes cramp to move the egg down.

:agree: 22 is totally normal. 23-28 is optimal for Clomid cycles and I would bet yours grew a bit between the ultrasound and O
