Boy or girl? 12W1D :)

Hi everyone! Here are the photos from my 12W1D ultrasound. I am new to the nub theory and I am a bit confused as the nub looks flat which means girl but I see stacking which I heard means boy. Would love to hear your guesses and opinions. Thank you!

I will be sure to come back and update as I agree this is a bit of a tricky one!

I think it also has to do with the fact that baby measures 12W1D and it is probably a bit on the early side.
