Please could you help make sense of my chart. I usually o day 14 or 15, this was my first month trying for number four, first month temping. I had positive OPK at cd 15 but only high fertility on clearblue fertility monitor. It remained high no peak for a few days and then I ran out of sticks. Af usually arrives cd 25 but varies between 24 and 27, currently day 30 with no af but Bfn, wondering if I o' ed later, many thanks

Ok I saw one of the other versions of this post and answered in more detail there. Short version - you didn't o when you got crosshairs. I do not even know why FF would have given you crosshairs that day??? You Oed on CD 21-22 somewhere in there.

The 20th was actually a fine time for an attempt, some times it just isn't THE month.
Just out of curiosity when did AF finally arrive in terms of DPO after the 21-22??

It arrived yesterday about 5 pm, so I think today is cd 1. Therefore, it came on cd 30, which would give a very short lp? 8 or 9 days, not great for getting pregnant. Any reason for a short lp? Thanks for all help I really appreciate it!

yes that is a short LP but I think this was a weird cycle overall (the seesawishness) and thus may not be a trend to read anything into and instead a result of a goofball month.
I want you to add in a serving of full fat dairy every day, 4-6 eggs a week, and 1 serv. salmon if you like it, or red meat if you don't. That will usually fix LP issues that are related to diet.

What would considered one portion of full fat diary? Cheese? Glass of milk? Yogurt? I am not a fan of fish so can consider some red meat, are some meats better than others? Is that eggs with the yolk? I have been cutting yolks out. I wonder if it is the weight loss? I have gone from morbidly obsesse to the lower end of healthy for my height, if I lose another stone I will well into under weight. Also I got my bloods checked at the start of June and having had an underactive thyroid for nearly five years am now overactive, my gp puts it down to extreme weight loss. Could too much thyroxine have made my cycle wacky? Sorry for 1000 questions, attempting in two weeks and want to try and get it right, really appreciate your help!

It will say on the label.
Yes, with yolks. The yolks are the helpful part.
Any red meat that you like that is ACTUAL meat. So a small steak or a hamburger patty.
it's probably a combo of weight loss and lower fat diet that is doing it, but thyroid issues can also make things wackadoo. I would call the doc and tell them that your LP has gotten short as well and see what they have to say. Oftentimes they'll give you Clomid (DO NOT ASK FOR IT THOUGH) and since they know that you're having thyroid issues already it is then they very well may offer it to you, and this will both solve the short LP issue and also have the benefit of the pink sway.
You're not going to have that happen in 2 weeks though so I would do the diet changes as I mention and then DTD every 4 days since things are a little bit kooky for right now.
