Was wondering if exercise should be done a minimum of 12 weeks like diet?

Nope. Benefits start when you begin exercise! You will want to keep it up, even in the 2ww. 60min 6-7 days a week and even a little as 4-5 days a week have been shown to have a benefit. What you don't want to do is exercise less than 60min at a time, which would be a moderate amount that would sway blue.

Thank you! Glad I asked!! Definitely plan on doing a minimum of 60 mins of cardio.

WE used to think that but the benefits have been so huge and so consistent that I want you guys to add it in even if you only have a few weeks before sway.

Those with next to no weight to lose may even want to start exercise till 6 weeks before just as a method of not losing too much weight. :agree:
