Hungry during O or AF?

Just curious... is appetite likely to increase during Ovulation or during AF? I always thought it was supposed to increase during AF but these past two days as I have approached O I am finding I am REALLY hungry. Haven't really noticed this before and am just curious.

I would assume it would bc our body is trying to load up on nutrients anticipating a possible pregnancy. I always eat more with any hormonal fluctuation!

Yes, it's totally normal. Stick to it if you can, if you can't, decide upon the one thing you want the most and eat that. Don't try to get thru munching 70 rice cakes and then decide "oh screw it, I've overeaten anyway, I'm going back for the pot roast" just have a normal serving of the pot roast to start out with. :)

Oh and it's also more likley that you spend $$ during this time. I catch myself doing this regularly! :hide:

That's how I know I'm going to ovulate! I spend $$ then too! I just did last night, so I'm sure I'll O soon! :hide:
