I don't have a lot of time unfortunately. 4 1/2 weeks to be exact until we ttc. I just switched my diet from the IG diet to the LE diet after finding this forum. I have been strength training for awhile now and just realized that it sways boy. Is it too late to switch to an hour of running each day? I have no problem doing it. I just didn't realize that strength training swayed boy. I don't have a lot of muscle, but I definitely do have some. Is this going to be a huge issue in my girl sway? I am eating WAY less protein than I did, so I'm hoping that helps with decreasing my muscle mass. Either way, my question is, will it be enough time to help with a girl sway?

Also, after reading a few threads, I've decided to take Zyrtec instead of Sudafed during Ovulation. Is it ok to take Zyrtec and Aspirin together? We were going to abstain for 7+ days and then attempt one time once I got a +opk. Was going to take Zyrtec prior to DTD. Thoughts on this? Just want to make sure I'm doing it right and that it's safe with the aspirin. Also, do I take the Zyrtec just once prior to DTD or a few times? Also we are abstaining since my dh is 28 and i'm 29. We are extremely fertile. Like we hardly have to try to get pregnant. :worry:

Thank you for any feedback! And I hope I posted this in the right place!

I can't help you for the Zyrtec question but I've seen atomic say that yes, you can add in cardio at the end of your sway and it's still better than not doing it at all. Give it a try, you have nothing to lose. :)

RE exercise, I would switch now. It's been such a good tactic for us that I hate to see anyone drop it. The other option is to just keep going with your weights (and I think I answered this in other thread of yours.) as long as you're losing a bit of weight on lower protein diet.

Zyrtec and aspirin can be used together.
