Quick question - might be silly. I've been exercising 6x / week (running/speed walking on treadmill) since February 2016. I changed to mostly a vegetarian diet (keeping animal proteins at a bare minimum) and did lose a bunch of weight. I stopped losing because I didn't want to be too thin as I already am. I do eat pasta, rice, cookies, strawberry shortcake, ice cream (not too much)! We were going to ttc this month but decided to try next month. By then I will have exercised 6x/week for 6 months. Any data on exercising and keeping a (mainly) veggie diet? thanks!
