AF got me today, I did think I was being abit too hopeful as we only dtd once 4-5 days before ovulation.
Sad, but excited to get onto this month.
So my plan this month is to:
- Continue with LE diet
- 1 glass of wine daily
- Really not sure I can commit to an hours cardio so I'm assuming better not to do any at all in that case? I could do 30 mins but I think 60 is unlikely
- 1 attempt at positive opk (has anyone used the clearblue pink ones? Not the purple ones with the flashing smiley, just the ones that have either a simple static or a circle. Think the flashing ones would drive me nuts)
- try to drink coffee, but would one cup of tea a day really wreck things for me? Literally just one in the morning.
Is that the jist of it? Could I be doing anything else that really would help my odds? X
