Hi ladies. I am currently doing the girl sway diet and 1+hours of cardio (via exercise bike) 6 days a week. I'm on birth control and plan to start attempting in September and I was wondering when to stop taking my pill, do I stop in August to allow time for my body to adjust and to gear up to ovulation or do I stop in September and hope ovulation happens quickly? I know everybody reacts differently but I'm not sure as to the best course of action. Thanks :-)

We have had good results with stopping the pill the month you plan to ttc and then trying to catch the first egg. So I'd stop at the last possible minute and then either start ith OPK or else DTD e4d to attempt to catch the first egg.

So I'm just reading this thread-and Atomic you are probably seeing that I have a lot of boy-swaying personality because this is my 4th post tonight- hehe- if I don't plan on TTC for two more cycles, should I get on the pill for a month or no? I have the pills I have just been procrastinating.

This is one of those things I just don't have the info to say. I just don't have the body of data to prove or disprove if this is a sound idea or not. Sorry, I wish I could help, it's just not something I know and thus I don't like to render a verdict on it.
