No, it's the vitamin D supplement you want to avoid (unless you're deficient). Please don't worry or obsess about time spent outside. The last thing Atomic wants is for anyone to become so sway obsessed that they go hide in a dark cave to avoid all sunlight. lol Live your life and don't let swaying become all-consuming. :)

Avoid the supplement form (unless you ahve a proven deficiency). Sunlight is fine (and if sunlight swayed blue the human race would have died out a long time ago since up until very recently we all spent a lot of our lives outside)
ks you took the words right out of my mouth!! Get outside and enjoy life!!

If you need to continue taking it for some sort of deficiency then that is fine and you should continue.
I am talking about people who take supplements of Vit. D in this theory that it sways pink - it doesn't and many of us on here, myself included, got boys taking it. Additionally there are studies that indicate it sways blue. But these are in people who are not deficient in it and taking it for swaying or just cause.

Like you said before, I might not be deficient anymore. I'd have to go back for a blood test to find out for sure!

you can do the compromise and take it 1-2 times a week. D is well stored by the body so that can be a maintenance dose.
