Hi ... I bought some fit tea and was wondering if it sways blue or pink? If I keep drinking it, will it hurt my blue sway? I plan on drinking it every morning half an hour before breakfast and then loosely following the Atkins style diet thru out the day.

I am not sure about the garcinia. Most of the other stuff seems ok but I just can't sign off on the garcinia because I have not seen enough people use it. I am a little concerned that if you're doing Atkins and losing weight, that's really not going to help a blue sway any, that's for sure.

Atkins is not my fave diet while you are actively TTC any gender, especially a boy. I would have you lose the weight first and then see where you're at, then do a modified HE Diet for at least 6 weeks ( you do not need to gain weight will doing HE Diet.)

Protein + carbs = boys. Just protein may put your body into a state of burning stores of fat as fuel and inadvertently sway pink for you.

[B]yikes! Ok I'll just eat healthy then protein and carbs and just continue the tae bo u told me to do. I use the treadmill 3 days for 45 mins and tae bo for 4 ... I was 50 lbs overweight and now I'm 10 lbs down cuz of all the exercises lol I thought if I start eating healthy too maybe I can lose some more weight. Yes the fit tea link is the exact one... If u don't like it I'll return it.
