Hello everyone so ok it's within 3 weeks away of my attempt, and I feel Iike Im half way going crazy. I'm finding new things every day on this site, and I really don't want to spend anymore money on this sway. So I was looking around this site and I came across supplements or things for blue swayers that gender dreaming has listed or Atomic recommended. I did come across one that I ended up buying today, because I really felt like I needed it, but would like to know if you guys have had good results with it. Amazing Grass® Organic Wheat Grass. Also its says to take up to 5 tablets at a time, is that what I should do? I am really trying to get this sway right guys and would appreciate any advice or feedback! I see a few things that I did not buy and really dont want to spend anymore money on. So let me tell you what me and hubby have been doing... Me I been taking one a day women, folic acid 2 times a day and fish oil and I just added
Amazing Grass® Organic Wheat Grass. I'm eating cereal every morning with whole milk. Then about 30 minutes later I have 2 eggs with one whole wheat toast with real butter. Then I will make hubby and I both a smoothie with green juice frozen berries and 2 bananas and protein powder and whole milk I make sure to eat 3 meals a day and snack in between I may miss a snack every now and then, hope that wont hurt my sway. Drinking lots of lemon water. And trying to have at least 2 cups of v8 fusion a day. Working out 3 times a week because I really don't want to gain anymore weight then I already have, and I also do weights as a part of my work out. Hubby takes... One a day 50 plus, L arganine, fish oil and sometimes l cartinine. Also what I am worried about is my hubby loves sex everyday and of course
I like to give in to his needs. Will this mess with our sway? He is ok with the 4 to 5 day hold off. And also the Gelatin drink is that a must? Sorry about all the questions I just so want to get this right so I can asurre myself that I gave it my all.

Ok. The MUST buy things are actually minimal. This site is meant in part as a clearinghouse of info so we have a lot of info on here, but it doesn't mean you have to do all that stuff to succeed.
If you get the Women's One a Day (not the prenatal, just the regular orange one) then you are already covered for the multi and the extra Vit. D. Then a couple folic acids and the fish oil and that is all you need really. Hubby's supps are great.
Re Wheat grass - I am not convinced we need this and it is $$ to be sure. This is only in the mix because of alkaline diets (I don't believe in them but some still do) and if you can't afford it, it is not a necessary supp at all. I like the Amazing brand though because it is just wheat grass and not a bunch of weird herbs or algae. Please avoid the ones that are partly alfalfa and also the ones that have tons of algaes in them. You do not need 5 a day, just do one or two coming into ovulation to save $$ and it will still alkalinize you if that reallly actually works.
Gelatin is not at all important and most people could not do it. Again, it's jsut one of those things recommended on other sites that doesn't hurt anything so I keep it in the mix but very few of us ever got our boys drinking it!!
YOur diet and exercise look great. Hubby's supps are great. You're doing everything just right.
RE the sex every day, I would have you guys DTD unprotected every 2 days and then aim for 3 additional attempts at or around positive OPK if possible. there is NO NEED for 4-5 day abstains when swaying blue (and most of us with lots o boys never did that in our lives haha - I think my hubs and I did that precisely one time and we got our daughter from that.) Unprotected sex probably sways blue by boosting fertility as a couple, you just need to be careful not to have him "waste" all his swimmers by DTD daily. Every 2 days will work.

What if you only do every other day between af and positive OPK, and then 3 attempts at the positive OPK like atomic suggests? The rest of the cycle you could BD every day if you want.

Thank you! I already got the wheat grass and it was $30.00 with the one day shipping so I will just take two a day. I got them because Im not eating as many veggies as I really want and it says 6-8 serving of vegetables with a serving of this. And I'm also trying to change my ph its about a 5.7

You are doing great. I have 2 boys, lived on cereal, normal tea with milk ( lots, about 6 cups a day) toasted sandwiches at lunch time with ham and cheese and meat with salad / veg for dinner. I never drank soda or much alcohol and only had 1 coffee a day, only ever drank tea.
We used to bd every second day or so and most of the time I used KY jelly. Weekends I would have eggs. Always snacked on biscuits and sweets in between, loved muesli bars.
Good luck, hope you get your baby boy. Always, always had breakfast.

pH nearly always goes up around ovulation. It's supposed to be low at other times of the month.
re meat - Meat is really filling and most of us, even with 3-4-5 boys, didn't necessarily eat it every meal. IT's great to up intake but if it interferes with the regular eating and snacking, then it may be better to cut back on it and have like eggs for breakfast and then small amount of meat at lunch and dinner, or a vegetarian option for one of those. Your body can actually only digest about 30-40 g at once, so don't feel like you have to have an entire chicken breast all at once or anything.
