I started using coconut sugar in my coffee every day because it's lower glycemic index than regular sugar...but reading the label, it looks to be full of nutrients! uh oh!
Would this sway boy?

Oh, they love to brag up stuff like that but the amount in a sweetener level of intake (liek a little in coffee, for example) is miniscule. It's fine.
