So, I was thinking about adding a juice fast into my sway. I actually did a short (one week) juice fast just before I conceived my BOY - but atomic had mentioned that there are a few people here that did a juice fast and got girls.
I'm wondering what everyone did differently than what I did, that enabled them to get a girl instead of a boy. Things like: were you doing really well on the L.E. diet (I am NOT doing well on it at all), were you exercising before and/or during the fast? Did you do it a few months, weeks, or days before OVU? How many did you do? How long was the fast?
I am kind of in love with fasting. I did a 30 day water fast when I was 19 and I lost 30 pounds. I did a one week juice fast in my late twenties and it reset my whole diet and I was healthy for years after. And I did a 3 day juice fast a few months ago because I actually love the way I feel on the fast and how it makes me more sensitive to sugar and junk food so it's easier to avoid when I'm done. I want to do this to get me used to eating less and make me feel a bit more comfortable with being hungry so I can do better on the L.E. diet!
