Sorry if this has already been asked and covered before but are we able to have a cup of coffee first thing in the morning?
I'm trying to skip breakfast but it's a killer for me to have nothing until 11.00ish

Yes you absolutely can have a cup of coffee. Officially this should be with a small amount of milk/cream and either unsweetened or artificially sweetened. But I personally chose to cheat a little on this and have it with real sugar and still got a girl that way. I don't recommend that for others, that's just what I did.

I'm having coffee with just a splash of milk and artificial sweetener for breakfast every morning. I find it really curbs my appetite too!

I have a black coffee in the morning instead of breakfast and a decaf in the afternoon if I'm craving a snack. It helps pass the time until the next meal!

Like atomic said, a splash of milk or cream. Just don't go order a giant latte full of milk and sugar because all those calories kind of undoes the whole skipping breakfast thing. For my successful girl sway I did coffee with one tablespoon cream and a drop of stevia.

I wouldn't have been able to successful stay on the diet if I didn't have my coffee. I am new to coffee so i didn't have much preference. I would just add splenda to it and drink it around 9am and this would curb my appetite until about 12/1pm.

I've been using coconut sugar, which is not as sweet or high glycemic index as real sugar, but it's not artificial...wonder if I should nix that?
