Wild Yam or Maca Root?

Does anyone know if these help with a sway? I read somewhere that yam can increase chances of twins, but, does it sway any sex or is one or both recommended to avoid for those of us wanting girls? [emoji14]

Wild yam doesn't work. It is not convertable in your body to the hormone that would help with twinning and is considered kind of a scam.

Maca, some data indicates it may sway blue and beyond that, we have seen a lot of weirdness with maca causing bizarre side effects and I don't recommend it for anyone. People think it's "safe" because some people in South America eat it, but they eat it as a food and not in the massive quantities that supplements come in.

Yeah it's kind of a scam. It has a chemical precursor to progesterone that your body cannot use to do anything. They can take that chemical in a lab and convert it, but your body cannot do that.

Yeah I have an unopened bottle I bought before my 4th sway only to find out it's useless. :p
