12 weeks is too early to guess gender. Boys look like girls at this stage, since the sex organs haven't developed yet. 12w5d on up is better. 13w-13w5d is best.

Too early to guess and no real clues are visible in these pics. Both boys and girls will have a protrusion between the legs at this gestation.
