I am in a strange place right now as I just had a chemical pregnancy in June and I am such an impatient person, so I do really want to get pregnant, yes, even if it's a boy - BUT - I still want to have a chance of swaying girl if I can help it!

I was thinking of what I could drop / add to my sway that will speed things along but still keep me in the running. These are the things I'm doing currently:

1. One attempt day before positive OPK or day of positive OPK
2. Wine about 4 to 5 days a week
3. Coffee daily
4. No prenatals, but folate daily and vit D, CoQ10, L Tyrosine a couple times a week
5. JUST recently started exercising 1 hour daily for at least 5 days per week
6. Skipping breakfast
7. Intermittent fasting
8. Jump and dump
9. Husband puts laptop IN his lap and also skips breakfast and does intermittent fasting BUT takes a CRAP ton of supplements (he won't give them up no matter what I say)
10. Very weak following of L.E. diet as I still compulsively snack a few days a week even though I am UNDER calorie limits in total when I snack most of the time

Should I drop the extra supplements weekly? Should I ADD an attempt (are all my other sway tactics enough to prevent blue?)
Does it matter a LOT that I don't drink more than one or two cups of coffee daily? Or that I have not been doing the L.E. diet very well for less than three months? Or that I only just started exercising?

What can I afford to drop? And what are some things that I can add? If anything??

I would so much appreciate any advice!!!

I would drop the jump and dump personally. And try really hard not to snack. I promise, it does get easier! I was the world's worst snacker, like seriously it was constant. Now I don't even think about it and I'll easily go 4 or 5 hours without anything. Even if it means eating more at each meal. I really think snacking is a major blue sway tactic.

I've really done well in the last week or so, but it's the TWW that usually does me in! The urge to snack during that time is irresistible!!

I think you are right though, it's really the snacking that gives you a boy. When I got pregnant with my son, I would wake up at noon and not eat anything until maybe 4pm...you'd think that would give me a girl....but then I would come home and snack all night. So, I got the boy that I desperately wanted. Unbeknownst to me, I was living such a boy friendly lifestyle.

So, when I say jump and dump, I'm laying there for a few minutes. Just not like 10 minutes...

I think I saw you say you were vit D deficient? When did you last have it checked? I would get bloodwork now to see if I could drop the vit D.

I was severely vit D deficient when I had blood work done in May and I wasn't taking large doses like most people do when they are deficient, but I can drop it.

I think it has to do with blood sugar levels. I know to sway girl, your blood sugar needs to be kept low. And for boys it's the opposite. But someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Because your blood sugar stays in normal range with snacking. Nice level normal blood sugar sways blue. Additionally, there may be additional benefits with not eating that sways pink (forcing your body to burn off stores of fat as fuel instead of using quick burning carbs that you have plenty of when you snack all day every day)
