What is recommended as a prenatal for someone who has MTHFR mutation as per my understanding those with MTHFR can't process normal folic acid & B vitamins which would rule out most prenatals which is recommended for blue sways.
Are there any pre natals with the methyl folate & b vitamins that anyone knows of?
Thank you

Yes, yes, anyone with MTHFR mutation should not take folic acid and needs methylfolate and B12 to ensure absorption
Any that you find that does not have megadoses of the other B vitamins is fine (the megadoses of B6 in particular can really mess up your cycle) OR, you could take nutrients separately.
