stopped EPO and cut down green tea from 3 cups to one cup a day in month 2, changed to baking soda toothpaste, stopped using aerosols, no nail varnish, stopped wearing any face creams/makeup as unsure of chemicals in them

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Started eating breakfast, snacking between meals, eating more spaced out, ate protein and carbs at each meal/snack. didn't feel like I was eating a lot more just spaced differently but sadly scales don't agree
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
20 weeks approx. only as it took us that long to conceive and we were doing diet a good few weeks before we even started attempts.

No

Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet-
Same as me, HE, extra snacking an ate breakfast everyday

No caffeine or alcohol at all for me or DH apart from DH having can red bull about 90 mins before attempts

took cough syrup 20ml (400mg)a day and 2 x gelatin satchets a day from cd 8-O

Sadly too much after a good few months doing HE

Excercised with weights 3x week and a walk everyday, did start using rowning machine for first few months but stopped as hurt knee so wasent doing it the month we fell

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
quite a tight 9 yard sway, 4th month so we were pretty compliant by now. Know we got a good few attempts around O
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
was most relaxed this month as had given up. had a few days off diet during AF as we weren't going to attempt this month. Didn't always do as much exercise as I would have liked. Put on a lot of weight as with 2ww been on HE for almost 6 months. wish id only started HE 2 weeks before as suggested not 8 weeks before. moon signs were wrong but because of where my cycle fell I would be waiting for a very long time (6 months+) for O day to fall on full moon. also more girls are conceived in summer, although ive a daughter conceived in sept and one in dec so not sure how true that is. I'm hoping that since we were 95% or more we still have a good chance, and after 3 girls surely the odd of a 4th girls are low anyhow!
Things worth mentioning:
Although I am nervous I can honestly say there's not much else we could do, its in natures hands now. After a failed half hearted sway last time we wanted to do as much as we could x
