Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I wasn't as consistently good as I could have been and had a few binging episodes at times towards the end.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
6 months (ish)
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
No
Comments regarding DH's diet-
I didn't mention anything of swaying to him so no changes at all for him!
DId you consume alcohol? Often- daily
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine regularly

I went vegetarian

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
I initially dropped my bmi to 20 but about 6 weeks before my bfp my weight went back up to my normal range with a bmi of 21/22.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
I exercised 5-6 times per week for an hour, usually running!
