French Gender Diet
Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I started out doing a LE diet plus French gender diet. I did this for 4 months and I lost a lot of weight. I just wasn't getting pregnant so stopped in nov 2015.

No diet before bfp
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
No

No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details?
I was still eating my normal diet and as usual skipped breakfast. The only thing different was I drank about 4 coffees every morning I had only just started doing this the last 6 months before my bfp. I had never touched it in my life before.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
BMI 25 so a couple of kg over what I should be id say.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
4 weeks before my bfp I had started doing bootcamp 3 nights a week. Cardio/conditioning .. so a bit of weight training.

we were aiming to bd every 2 days as we were trying to get pregnant . I had and attempt 5 days before o then 4 days then about 1.5 days before ovulation and that was it.

I had taken 4 rounds of clomid so gave myself a month off of it then fell pregnant the month I didn't take it.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
Having to be on clomid for a couple of cyces before my bfp
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Using preseed and also the fact that I had the Big O straight after we dtd hoping to get some swimmers where they needed to be. It worked!!
