I have a friend who had 3 girls like me, and then swayed for her 3 for boys and it worked for her! She did the he diet 7/8 months before I believe. These are the supplements she took; flaxseed, potassium, epo, fish oil and alfalfa.
And then when trying to conceive that month she took robitussin and Alka seltzer from the last day of her period to 3 days after ovulation. She did baking soda finger douche 1 he before dtd. Dtd one day after positive opk.

Her husband did the diet and supps 7/8 months before ttc too. The supps he took were alfalfa and zinc, and caffeine an hour before dtd. They both did the diet as well. I will do the HE diet. I figure if this worked 3 times for her it could work for me too? Any critiques or changes you'd make to this boy sway plan?? Thanks in advance everyone!!

Flaxseed may sway pink for some people and I don't trust it at all for safety. You need to do either flax or EPO and not both because if you take more vegetable fats than animal (and maybe she got lucky and did not, but it is REALLY easy to do when you take both of them) then that can sway pink.

I prefer wheatgrass to alfalfa, alfalfa is also possibly a pink sway for some people and unsafe in that kind of amount.

Not a fan of Alka Seltzer and Baking Soda Douche. I never recommend those. If ya gotta do one, do Alka Seltzer.

Hubs does not need to do diet unless he really wants to. No one should be on HE Diet (or IG Diet either) for 8 months before TTC, you will either gain too much weight (on HE Diet) or deplete your bone mass (IG Diet)

I would prefer both hubs and wife to take a prenatal or multivitamin that has zinc in it already. The zinc sold alone is in an overly high dose.

I prefer you guys are in with more than one attempt. One attempt gets us 70% or better for GIRLS. Three attempts has been a solid blue sway and I'd have attempt the night of positive oPK, again the next morning, and then again the following night.
