What do you think this is? �� boy or girl?

I dont know if the nub is visible on the picture? And it was kind of hard to see on the ultrasound. But I think I saw the nub on one point. And the angle was about 20 degrees. What does this mean in week 14? Does it still even have an "angle to the dangle"??
