hi,
i've been trying the le diet (mainly veggie diet and some chicken, shrimp and fish and running 6x a week for 60min since Feb. Weigh few off and i tried to stop it but now i am at only 18.1 bmi. Should I exercise 4x a week and eat more? I ttc last month and in the coming 2 weeks... would that affect the girl sway? thanks!!

YES you need to eat more IMMEDIATELY. Cut back on exercise till the weight loss stops and then try to up it again at some point while continuing excess cal intake.
Ladies, I cannot stress to you guys strongly enough that you should stop losing weight at 21 BMI and that gives you a cushion if weight does sneak off. Anyone below BMI 18.5, do whatever it takes to stop weight loss.
Please do not try to "just eat more chicken" to keep weight on. For some reason, everyone seems to assume chicken is some sort of magic weight retention food but it's worthless. For keeping weight on, it's carbs, carbs, carbs. And if you do this (eat more carbs, that is), it should not hurt your sway any, either. Upping intake of fat up to 50-60 g of mostly vegetarian fat can also help a little bit. But just eating chicken really doesn't do much.

thanks so much Atomic. You think its ok to scale back running to 4x a week? or less? I'm eating more now - pasta, rice, bread. Still lots of veggies. Should I eat more fish, shrimp and chicken too? How can I increase cal and not fall off the girl sway? We want to try in 2 weeks (i've been running 6x a week since Feb and weigh started to fall off since March-now). We ttc last month but it was maybe 0-4 days - too far from o day. I was planning to run just a few more times between now an mid September. What do you think? thanks for everything!

Don't go to less than 4x a week if you can.
Protein foods do NOT help add weight. For some reason everyone asks me that but they are not great for helping weight to stabilize. Just get cals of carbs and to a lesser extent, fat, especially vegetable based fat.
I would definitely have you try in 2 weeks if you ovulate.

thanks so much Atomic. Was only able to exercise 3x last week (I've been very good at 6x/ week since Feb) but the past 2 weeks (end of summer) has been hard to keep up. Took a 5 day hiatus and more cals so I gained 1-2lbs back. Feeling better not so skinny. I think i'm a bit too skinny. I'm back at running this week (4x) and back on the salads /carbs route and hope to ttc end of the week. Will try using the wondfo too. Thanks!!

3x a week and an occasional hiatus is not a dealbreaker. That is fine and you needed the weight.
Since you mention salads I do need to be sure you understand that low carb vegetables (like salad lettuces and stuff along those lines) are FREE and unlimited. You need to be hitting your cal, pro, fat intake without counting any of that in low carb veg, and in high carb veg (sweet and starchy) or fruit, you count only cals and not fat or protein. This may mean you need to eat even more than you are to keep your weight stable.
