If I wanted to TTC in October (which I know is really last minute for TTC a girl), what do YOU recommend as best things to sway?
I should note that I'm on BC and the placebos start on 9/18. After that, I'd stop taking BCs.

LE diet is probably the #1, followed by 60 minutes of cardio 5-7 times a week, coffee, fibre, and alcohol.

Never too late to start. LE diet is important and I would say start now. Also stop any non-medical needed vitamins and start taking your folic acid. You probably want to look into following a DTD frequency or DH releasing frequency too. Good luck.

Since you're coming off the BCP, the lingering effects will still sway pink for you. Go ahead and start diet now and also cardio if you can.
Best techniques are LE Diet plus fiber, coffee, alcohol; cardio exercise 60 min. a day 6-7 days a week, and one attempt. Sicne you will not know when you're going to O coming off the BCP, what I would do is have you start OPK strips if they work for you, and have one attempt when you have your first positive OPK. OR, if OPK do not work for you, or if you just prefer to do it this way, have unprotected sex every 4 days starting after you stop the BCP and going until you get pregnant or AF comes!

Awesome, thanks all! Atomic, two follow up questions. Coffee: just straight up black? Cardio: Could I do 30 minutes of high intensity cardio, like Insanity for example?

Coffee - you can have it however you like it, but if you load it up with milk and sugar then technically it's like a meal so treat it as such. Unfortunately the exercise has to be 60 mins, although the intensity isn't important. You can go for a 60 walk everyday if you wish.

You can have whitener (like milk or cream) and artificial sweetener at any time of day. At meals you can have it with sugar.
I feel 30 min. sways blue. I would stick with 60 even if you can only do it 4x a week.

Okay, so I'm starting the sway today. Here’s my plan for the day:
10 AM: breakfast – dannon light ‘n fit smoothie + 1 pkt. Instant coffee w/2 pkts. swiss miss hot cocoa; meds/supps: Zoloft, BC (gotta finish pack), 1600 mcg folic acid, 5 psyllium fiber capsules
12:30 PM: lunch – cucumber/tomato salad w/turkey pepperoni, shredded mozz. and balsamic vinaigrette dressing
5- 6 PM: exercise
6-6:30 PM: dinner – piece of salmon with mixed veggies and cous cous
8-9 PM: dessert – 1 scoop of ice cream with 2 tbsp. chocolate sauce (can’t resist)
How is that so far? Should I make any modifications?
Also, since aspartame has kind of gone by the wayside, sucralose is what’s in my dannon smoothie. Is that an okay alternative? What about stevia?
