View Full Version : Would it do any good? Would it be too risky?

I'll try to be concise here....

I've been on the LE diet for a couple weeks now.
We've both been taking supps for three weeks.
We've been frequent releasing through most of the cycle (missed two days in the beginning).
We started DTD for real on CD 13 because other methods of releasing just weren't working anymore. On CD 19, we had our last attempt and then DH got sick and we haven't been able to DTD anymore.
Yesterday, CD 23, I got a positive OPK.
My temp rose a bit this morning, but certainly did not spike.
I got a negative OPK today.

Would it do us any good to do a compressed frequent release tonight and then DTD in the morning? Or have we missed our window?
Or have the swimmers built up too much and we'd be in blue territory?

Thank you for any help!

Never mind. We've decided to be done for this month. Now we're going to figure out our plan for the next cycle.

Sorry I didn't spot this in time. :/

I was going to tell you to hold off for this month if you possibly could bear to, anyway. Most of the time I'm ok with trying but it was just too many things to overlook, it felt like.

Good luck for next month.

Thanks atomic! :)

This is such a weird cycle. I got a positive OPK this afternoon.

DH really wants to keep trying... now, to convince him to hold off.... :)

Thank you Atomic!

We discussed it last night and we're mostly sure we're going to wait.

DH has a job interview out of state next week (he already has a job, but is looking for something new). And if he gets this job and has to move before we sell the house, I'd be at home alone with two boys and possibly pregnant. And based on previous pregnancies, that would not be a good idea. So, next week we'll see how the interview goes and AF will show up and we'll figure out where to go from there.

You'll be hearing more from me as I try and modify our swaying plan.

Thank you so much for your help!
