I'll try to be concise here....
I've been on the LE diet for a couple weeks now.
We've both been taking supps for three weeks.
We've been frequent releasing through most of the cycle (missed two days in the beginning).
We started DTD for real on CD 13 because other methods of releasing just weren't working anymore. On CD 19, we had our last attempt and then DH got sick and we haven't been able to DTD anymore.
Yesterday, CD 23, I got a positive OPK.
My temp rose a bit this morning, but certainly did not spike.
I got a negative OPK today.
Would it do us any good to do a compressed frequent release tonight and then DTD in the morning? Or have we missed our window?
Or have the swimmers built up too much and we'd be in blue territory?
Thank you for any help!
