Possibly a slight yeast infection a few days before attempt... what to do??

I am not sure what is going on with my body right now. I am on clomid and I have read that it can cause a yeast infection. I am have some slight burning (SO SORRY if tmi) and dtd last night was uncomfortable.

I should ovulate again soon.... what do I do? What is girl friendly to use? Should I give it a few days? I was thinking about acidophilis, but doesn't that potentially sway boy?
