Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I started trying to follow LE, then more LE PCOS but probably didn't do a great job of it.
Cut back on snacking and delayed breakfast to have at least 14-15 hours fast each night.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?

No
Did DH change his diet with you?
No
Comments regarding DH's diet-
He made no changes
DId you consume alcohol? A couple of drinks per week
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine regularly

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
72kg - 22 BMI
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
I lost weight way back before we started TTC but mostly tried to maintain it and not put on weight after miscarriages.
Did moderate exercise which was probably boy friendly but having PCOS some was better than none.

2nd cycle of clomid and on metformin, that is about it.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Not sticking to the diet, probably snacking more as I lacked motivation to sway after miscarriages.

Miscarriage in June 2015 and March 2016 (3 months before conception)
