Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I've been a vegetarian for years and was bf until I started the diet.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
9 weeks
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet-
He went vegetarian for about 2-3 months mefore attempt. He ate fish and chicken some times but no red meat. He also had soymilk daily the last weeks before attempt.
DId you consume alcohol? Often- daily
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine regularly

I had one cheat week where I only skipped breakfast but ate too much otherwise.

55kg and a BMI of 18,4

I lost 7 kg during the weeks of LE and was on my lowest adult weight ever.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
That I kept losing weight during my sway and that my period was finally regular thanx to vitex I think, which made it easier to know when to dtd.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
That I wasn't long enough on the diet and the cheat week. I'm a bit worried I was too much of a control freak because I really wanted to do as much as I could. It also went really easy to get pg which doesn't seem to sway pink..
