Hi,

We have been having very odd October weather in the UK at the moment. It has been 30 degrees C this weekend which was better than it was for most of July and August!

Anyway, I was just wondering if this affects the good/bad TTC months? I know October is considered bad for TTC a girl but I am due to O this week and will be having my first attempt -eeek! So is it the weather that is the affecting factor, the amount of daylight hours or something else that would make October a bad month to TTC?

Thanks!

Hasn't it been gorgeous? I'm sure Atomic will respond but I believe it's more to do with the shortening days than the temperature unfortunately.

I think it has to do with short days, too. We have had very warm weather in the US as well. Nice start to fall!

Oh well, it was worth a try! I worked on the basis if it can confuse the plants, maybe it can confuse my body! Best just enjoy the sunshine while it lasts and go for it anyway! x

We honestly don't know what mechanism(s) cause this, but I think the warm temps would only be more blue friendly, not less so, unfortunately.
