Hi, I notice last 2 month my AF came 2 days early. I am trying to be careful and not get preggo until next year by watching my ovulation. I also stopped BCP a couple of months ago (BCP made me insane) so I am sure this is what has messed up my cycles. Along with this I have started getting a yeast infec 2 days prior to AF. So I am taking a probiotic (culturelle) and eating yoplait light to help with that. I also have been ovulating early so I have to be really careful with this. Does all this mean that my progesterone levels are low and this could sway boy esp with the yeast infec?

I donŽt know about the yeast infection but if your cycles were shorter because you OŽed earlier, yes, that could be a sign you have higher estrogen. My cycles got shorter before I conceived DS 1, I think my estrogen was up.
However, there is another poster over here that has short cycles and has 2 girls, so how knows really.
It could be your hormones are a little weird because of getting of BCP and things get back to normal by itself. I would temp and chart to get a good idea of when I ovulate and how long my LP is.

when on BCPs your cycles are "false" - the bleeds you get are not true bleeds and are withdrawal bleeds caused by stopping taking the pill during the week off. It's possible that your cycles now are more returning to what is normal for you.
If you OV early, AF will be early since the luteal phase (time between OV and AF) is a constant number of days and might vary by 1 day but no more.
how long is your luteal phase? the only real sign of low progesterone is a luteal phase defect by having a short luteal phase.

There is 12 days between my AF and OV. Is that normal or not?

yes that's perfectly fine - my AF would arrive at 12dpo making my luteal phase 11 days, and I conceived twice within a few months this way

Women's cycles are not all 28 days, like BCP make you beleive. Some are as short as 25 or as long as 45 (that's me) The more important part is your LP. When I started temping I noticed my LP was only 8 days, I took B6 and it lengthened to 14!

Probiotics and yoplait light should help. Yeast can sway either direction depending on the effect it has on your body http://genderdreaming.com/forum/showthread.php?465-complete-guide-to-swaying-and-yeast-infections
There are tons of reasons why you might have a short cycle. Getting AF 2 days early is still a perfectly normal LP and does not mean you have low progesterone. You may have even ovulated a couple of days before you thought you did, and your LP stayed totally normal. I agree with Indira that this is likely a result of stopping the BCP and it will prob. iron itself out over time.
Also, whether or not low prog even means more girls conceived has not been at all proven. I know of more than one gal with a short LP (even as short as a few days) some of whom have all girls and some with both genders.

12-14 day LP is totally normal and plenty of time for a baby to implant.
