I have answered this in the other threads you asked it already, but yes, you'll need to supplement with iron and eat a blue-friendly diet.

I do not think you could expect best results this month BUT you gotta do what you gotta do!

Like I mentioned I have always been anemic off and on and have 4 boys - the low cholesterol is a little concerning to me because I know women of childbearing age should not be on statins (those are cholesterol lowering drugs) because of possible risks to the baby. I really would def. call the doc and ask if it is safe for you to TTC with your cholesterol level that low.

Here is a really good article about it. It may possibly be tied to the anemia according to this. Junkfood Science: Low cholesterol levels and premature babies (http://junkfoodscience.blogspot.com/2007/11/low-cholesterol-levels-and-premature.html)

Then I think you may want to talk to your doctor about getting this fixed before you TTC. It may harm your baby if your cholesterol is so low during pregnancy and some people actually need to have iron infusions to correct their anemia.

Also if you are taking fish oil and/or EPO let's wean off those now. Those can somewhat lower cholesterol and in your case may be too much of a good thing.
