I purchased the TTC girl complete plan yesterday and not sure where to go from here...? I haven't received an email or the questionnaire. Please advise!

Thanks for your purchase! Try logging out and logging back in again, that usually does the trick!

I just submitted both parts of the questionnaire but wasn't sure they went through. Please can you confirm you have received both parts and all I have to do is wait for my plan?
