Hi Everyone,
I read so much on here and I'm a bit overwhelm with all the info. So give me a heads up if what I sums up here is a rough laid out for TTC a girl. we are TTC for a girl sometimes May 2017. I have 2 beautiful boys and this is our last chance to TTC a girl.
1. Start LE diet early next year or can I slowly change my diet. but I have started drinking coffee with equal and I'm slowly cutting back my teas I am not a wine drinker nor any other form of alcohol will this be a down side for me?
2. I have stop my multivitamin. I never fail to eat breakfast but I'm trying to try to skip breakfast slowly now so I don't go cold turkey on the breakfast lol
3. I have read some of the thread of not taking any supplement when trying for a girl. when do I need to start taking folic acid?
4. I usually do HIIT exercise so do I have to swap that for just cardio?
This is what I can think of for now. TIA
