Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Drastically changed my diet. I was so LE, coffee with tons of low fat milk/splenda was my breakfast. Also I haven't had a Diet Coke sense feb!!
I had a Shakeology for breakfast every day starting in March 2016- with almond milk/full fat milk, coconut water, banana, peanut butter, avocado, oats, coconut oil (alternated among these). I did add acid neutralized instant coffee to my shakes.
I added red-meat, beans, nuts - snacked on nuts/boiled eggs and dried apricots, oatmeal, lara bars and walnuts, almonds with an orange... Beef jerky was a big snack!!
drinks: Naked juice, no v8, lemon water, green tea
Tons of ground beef, stews, potato, steaks, fajitas, nachos, avocado with scrambled eggs, tuna! Added NYF to less nutrient dense foods (rice, potatoes, popcorn). I was never really hungry. I did start to drink Dr pepper as well. Aye about 2000-2200 daily.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
I started changing my life style in Feb 2016, and started the HE diet fully on 1 July 2016. So, 12 weeks just about.

Did DH change his diet with you?

Comments regarding DH's diet-
He's in the military, and sometimes due to mission couldn't eat... or didn't eat the greatest but normally ate what I made for dinner.

Any Diet Details?
Always had carb & protein, snacked all the time... sometimes I was too full for a big night snack, so, it was just a piece of dark chocolate.

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
I haven't techincally weigh myself since April '16, because if they scale was higher than I wanted then I'd probably revert to my LE ways. I'm guess 145-155lb (maintained from 6 months-post-partum). Also, I was gaining muscle, too.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
I kickboxed with hand weights, kept my sessions around 30mins. I did all over body workouts and rower machine. Played sports with the kids, I did run or do cardio here and there but I always had the mindset to race myself or used handweights. Overall focused more on all over muscle building plus normal weights lifting. I did have times where working out just didn't happen, but I tried to fit in push-ups or some sit-ups, ran 2 mins sprints in my kitchen while making dinner, so something.

I o'd somewhere between CD21-CD22 (Sep 28th-29th).
I started getting tons EWCM CD17,
Got my first flashing smiley on CD18,
CD 20 530PM I got my first super +opk cheapie,
CD 21 solid smiley 6AM.
BD: CD 18 am, CD 19pm, CD21am, CD22am, CD23am<---for good measure.
Did you do anything with Ions?
Work on computers... cant say.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
Caught up on some needed sleep before O. I felt my diet was pretty good. I was doing a variety of exercise and did squats or push ups before attempts. Tons of EWCM. Shorter cycle (by 5days). I didn't catch my first/second egg post baby... this is my 5th cycle while breastfeeding. DH slept naked for months! Our attempts were pretty good I thought- could have added one more on CD21 evening but life :/.
I just generally feel like my lifestyle, and diet had really changed to when I got pregnant with my oldest- maybe not completely because I have 4 kids now, but, I tried!
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
I am still BFing our baby girl. My girls are close in age. I added a bit of soy milk (like maybe 2 cups) around cd8-cd15 to help my estrogen levels. Moon phase.
DH having to sit a lot for his job. He also has a terrible memory and would forget his supplements if I didn't lay them out...I didn't always have time. And, his diet, he didn't eat the best or regularly due to work. Dh did not drink caffeine before our attempts.
Things worth mentioning:
Increased Competition....
We moved in June from Korea, and started full on swaying July 1. Well we had over 9,000lbs of our things shipped in Mid August, which I unpacked and put away by the 21st of August (my mom was visiting and it was DD1s b-day). I applied for jobs in July and received 2 jobs offers in August. I never backed down from a fight, and always tried to win with DH and so forth (yes, he was like OMG the testosterone... geeze!!)
Praying for healthy bean, but would love a blue bean!
